Scary Moment

It was a cold winter day, it was late but for some reason I couldn't go to sleep. So going downstairs to find something to do, I started flipping through the channels on the t.v. After a while of flipping I finally found a movie to watch, it was Saw. It was too late and I refused to watch it, because I had heard it was gory but out of curiosty I couldn't help but watch it.

After half an hour I decided to close the t.v. and go back to sleep after all I did had school the next day. It was dark and I could barely see but to turn on the light, would mean to wake everyone in the house up. Going upstairs into the long empty dark hallway I was scared, watching the gory scenes play in my mind over and over again. I turned into the corner of the hallway and to my surprise my sister was standing right there roaming the halls, just the same as I was. She was a dark figure at first until she started to talk I finally realized that was her. But before knowing that it was her my heart had sunk into my stomach. Calming myself down I went back to bed.
