Scary Moment? :D

A scary moment in my life was when my cousins and I, had a sleep over. We thought it was going to be a typical night where we would prank call people for fun. Although it was more than that. You know how ghosts suddenly just spook you out at night? Send those tingly shivers down your spine? Scary stuff, I know. So it started out as my cousins and I setting up a giant fort for ourselves for a paper ball fight. Yet we didn't even turn out playing because our uncle came into the room and told us not to. One thing he did tell us was that, the house was haunted. At first we didn't believe him, but then my older cousin who is about 19 years old used to live in the house. She told us stories about when she was a little kid and living in that house. She said for example; When you walk down the stairs she would see dead people that were hung. I began to believe it as I started to think about my past experiences with the house. I remembered, when I was younger I got locked into the bathroom out of nowhere. Everytime I would try to unlock the door, it would stay locked. During our little storytelling, we heard loud banging on the front door. We thought to ourselves who could it be? We didn't even bother to go look and let it continue. We set out a big sigh of relief. Out of nowhere, the lights turned on. Nobody was even there, it was only us 3. We jumped in shock, trying not to scream and wake up everyone else in the house. As we continuously tried to shift around and turn off the lights, the window opened. Giving us shivers down our spines. We never had it open in the first place, it was next to our sleeping place too. All we did was stare out the window because we were anxious to see if something was there. There was no sign of anything no shadow of movement, nada. ZIP. So we all ran to the window and closed it. We tried to ignore everything and anything we could so we wouldn't feel scared. So what we tried to do was watch tv. It was even scarier turning on the tv, the tv had the static black and white screen on. We turned it off and decided to go into our uncle's room. When we ran in, he was awake watching movies the whole time. We asked him if he heard us, he told us that he did. He said he was laughing the whole time because he's used to it. He's not crazy, he just said his room is the safe room. It's funny cause, his room was nice, cozy and comfortable. No problems, nothing. So we turned out sleeping in that room. We never actually found out, what was really going on, if the house is really haunted.
